Day 1 - Lead Generation Playbook
You will learn the basics of the Lead Generation Playbook. In a first step, you will assess your company's customer acquisition. Then, based on an analysis of strengths and weaknesses and a benchmark with the other participants, you will determine the potential for your company. You will then develop a roadmap for improving your customer acquisition system. This is based on the process of our Lead Generation Playbook. The day will be enriched with practical examples and exercises.
Day 2 - IT, data and processes for customer acquisition
he success of B2B customer acquisition requires the best possible identification of the right target customers. You will learn how to use a systematic process based on customer potential analyses to identify the right customers. You will also learn how to set up and optimize pipeline management. In addition to the key performance indicators, coordination processes and forecasting are also introduced as important elements of new customer acquisition.
